Retail Shipping Policy
We want you to be able to experience our Handcrafted organic products right away…so we ship FREE when you order $75 or more and Less than $69.99 will ship by weight not to exceed $8.50!
In most cases, we ship out your order the business day after you place it. Place your order before 5 p.m. Mountain Time and once we verify billing and shipping information, we will get your order packaged and ready to ship out! We ship fast via USPS which does pick up and deliver Saturdays! Most orders arrive 3-4 business days after placing your order.
If your order is placed over the weekend or on major U.S. holidays like Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, it will ship out the following business day.
Where we ship
We ship domestically to the U.S. only at this time. If you are looking to ship items to an international location, please email info@royalreservehemp.com.
Backorders
We try to minimize backorders as much as possible, but if your item is backordered, we’ll work to resolve it quickly and keep you in the loop.
Delivery time
Your order will arrive via the U.S. Postal Service usually within 3-4 business days. Delivery time may vary due to weather, etc. Don’t forget to allow extra time for weekends and holidays.
