Don’t love it? Return it. We stand behind our products.
We make effective products that work for most people but if you are not fully satisfied, we’ll make it right. Simply return the unused portion to us and you will receive a full refund. You can ship via any method, whatever is the least expensive for you. If we made a mistake on our end, we will pay for shipping!
Did any of your products arrived damaged?
Hang onto your shipment and DO NOT discard any damaged boxes, packaging, or products. Notify us with pictures at info@royalreservehemp.com and we will make it right.
Our love-it-or-return-it policy:
- 30 day return policy from the day it arrives
- No restocking fee
- All refunds issued back to original payment method
- A portion of the product must be unused

- If we made a mistake, we will cover the shipping cost!
Essential Oils-return- policy:
- Due to the nature of essential oils and our standard for purity we cannot accept returns for open items
- Items may be returned unopened for a full refund within 30 days of delivery
All Refunds will be made upon receiving the product back.
